Do guests need to install an app?
No. The guest guide is a mobile-friendly website. Guests scan the QR code or open the link in their browsers. They need an internet connection.
What should I send you?
The information you want in your guest guide: for example Wi-Fi, arrival, departure, house rules and instructions. Also send the photos you would like to use and any local recommendations.
Can I use my existing guest folder?
Yes. Your existing guest folder can be our starting point. We review the material with you and adapt it for mobile viewing.
Can the content be changed later?
Yes. Contact DrixaCloud when something needs changing. A small update costs 199 DKK including VAT. We agree the price for larger changes in advance.
Is the demo a real holiday home?
No. The holiday home by the beach is a fictional example. The information shows what a guest guide can look like. Your version will be tailored to your holiday home.
